My husband is a dead weight that I have been dragging for past 15 year

I have absolutely no physical, economical or mental support from him. In fact he keeps demotivating me, insulting me infront of others and is living like PG. In fatc worse than PG because PG at least do not insult their land lords. This guy just eats and sleeps and enjoys the confort of hiome and I cook, work, maintain house, support kids. basically he just exists and in fact some times he even starts insulting and picking unnecessary quarrels in front of servants, drivers. Most of the times during figths he even drags in the kids unncecessarily. He also brain washes and kepps bitching to servants and kids about me. So basically he enjoys all my services and money and still doesnt leave me at peace and keeps disturbing my peace of mind. The house we live in is in my name. How do I get hime to leave us and go ?

Dear Madam, I pity with your situation. This type of situations are many in India but most of the women not discloses as they afraid of society, husband and in laws. Your problem will be solved if you show power legally.

The only way for him to get him to leave you’ll is for you get a divorce and custody. In the interim, if you are unable to stay under one roof, you can step out and you can always claim your property considering it’s in your name. So let me know how I can assist you further.
