My Husband have an extramarital affair with many Girl

I am a married women Since 2019 and My Husband have an extramarital affair Like so many years and I have the proof but he denied me..I am mentally disturbed due to this..He also financially support to other girl and don’t even help me in financially..Now I am totally dependent to him because I am job less now..Please help me regarding my issue..I am totally gone in a depressed condition.Everyday we are arguing because of this matter and he always threatened me like leave my house asap.He dont even love me or care me ..He always busy in talk or text with other girl ..Please help me what can I do .

Dear Madam, You have several options like filing Domestic Violence case with maintenance. You can file 498A of IPC case for cruelty. You can conduct your case by yourself as party-in-person but it is very difficult. Alternatively, you may approach legal services Authority for providing free Advocate.
