My husband has taken stay on DVC in April 2021. After many adjournments the matter has been reserved for orders in feb 2023. Till now order is not passed. What is the maximum time limit for passing the order. nAlso my lawyer didn't argue my matter properly. can I request, at this stage, to give another change to argue. request feedback

You need to wait for the order to be passed and it will be passed by the same judge. If there is a need for any further clarification then your case may be posted on a day on which your lawyer can offer further points to support your case. Otherwise order will be passed.
