My husband has stated that I have schizophrenia a mental disorder and
28-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
And filed for divorce. How to solve this issue? No doctors are giving a good report because one is following another. But I am fit and fine.
court will not give him a divorce just because of certificate by doctors. depends on lots of other things as to when your desired if at all it is there started and how much he is affected by it. you can resist the caseby you showing that he is not greatly affected by it.
