My husband has married another woman

I'm a Muslim What would me n my children will get as our share because my husband has married another woman n now I want my share as a form of security

You can seek maintenance from your husband for yourself and your children by approaching the Court. You can also seek educational and other expenses for your children from your husband. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

It is the responsibility of your Husband to give you equal love, care and respect which he is giving to his other wives. Plus, he is liable to contribute equally towards your Maintenance and child support, as he is contributing for his other wives.
