My husband framing me of theft so that he doesn't have to pay alimony

17-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband I areseperated from 2 months. We are almost at verge of divorcing. But before any terms could be settled they started accusing g me of gold theft at their place. They have a driver who is falsely framing me that I sold gold with his aid. But I have not done any such act. It's just being made up to frame me so that they don't have to pay alimony and divorce happens mutually. What should I do?

You should file a complaint or court case mentioning the circumstances under which you have separated and in case they level the allegations after that then it would be presumed that those allegations are after thought..so take the first action before they do..
