My Husband files section 9 case against me.

I filed a case of 498a on my husband, and after 2 months he filed a section 9 case on me in which I appeared but he just threw full of allegations. Now my question is what happens if I don't appear in court for further proceedings, can he be able to fill any criminal case against me or my family, If I don't appear? Kindly suggest because I am unemployed and not financially able to go to the court, because it is 400km distance and no train or bus service is available, only have to go by car.

Your husband has filed Sec 9 case for the sake of make weak of criminal case, if you will not appear then he can take advantage in criminal proceeding. As sec 9 is filed for return of wife in husband house. feel free then call
