My husband filed section 9 & I have filed Dowry case against my husband in August 2018. I wanted to live with him with court order for safety reasons but he withdrew sec 9 and filed sec 13b. I still wanna live with him but he is not ready & only want divorce from court on ground of not living together for 5 year. Is it possible he can get Bec in dowry case it's nwb against him but he is not appearing there. I wanted to live with him since beginning but through court to be safe.Can he get divor?

since you have dowry case against your husband and as you claim he demanded dowry from you responding to your question accurately until you give a consent that you too,want to divorce him he shall not we getting divorce you have a big ground than your husband as he is allegedly accused of taking dowry for. moreover for a reconciliation to take place the best alternative remedy would be mediation which most probably the courts will grant you

Hello ma'am, It's a drametic condition of ur married life. What is the ground of sec 9? or condition of withdraw? R u appear in sec 9? First u appear in sec 13b and filed counter claim against ur husband. In court before judge say everything which u want with facts. ok
