My Husband filed RCR and I want to return to him, what's the procedure

08-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
It's been 6 months I'm married. I left my husband and returned to my parents house 2.5 months ago, since he wasn't taking care of me and other problems. Two days ago I went to his house along with my parents to continue marital life and he sent us back stating he needs to think and talk to his lawyer. Co-incidentally on the same day, evening I received the RCR court copy. The first hearing is two months from now.If I've decided to live with him, why should I wait for two months for the hearing?nWhat's the legal procedure to dismiss the RCR and to go and live with him, without any court hearing?

Pls consult and discuss briefly, here, you can rejoin with him, but you need to appoint a counsel and pray before court. The court will referred the matter to mediation then both of you sit together and prepared report with the help of mediator .

if you do not want to attend the core and engage a liar behave as if you have not received the court copy & through your Lawyer get a legal notice issued to him stating that when you had gone to to join him in his house, he has not let you inside.

Just tell your husband to file an application for withdrawal of plaint. Its a simple procedure. Happy that you have decided to cohabit with him. God bless you both. Lead a harmonious life. You can get back to us if you need further advice.

You have to attend the court filing your statement to the response for RCR that you are OK to cohabitation with your husband at your marital home with some conditions as a solution to your problem on why you had to leave your marital home. You don't have to wait for 2 months. Ask your advocate to file an advance application and you will get an earlier date (whichever you are comfortable at). You can contact me for detailed consultation.
