My husband filed divorce I filed dvc and rcr we want reunion.
10-Sep-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I got married 2014 now had two girl child 10 year and 4 year old kids.. from starting itself they harrassed me and my family by asking dowry.. we gave more than 60 soverign and money ..but my in-laws didn't allow me to live peacefully with my husband they came and separate us and my husband left us alone and went with his mom and dad.. this is happening for continuously... 2years back he filed divorce and left us alone and didn't comeback i returned to my mom's house and filed rcr and dvc..
Interim maintenance and Maintenance can be claimed. Cruelty and torture are valid grounds. Domestic violence complaint can also be file. However if reconciliation is what is needed then definetly counselling sessions can also be arranged.
