My husband filed a petition for divorce based on baseless pictures.

Can we complaint against advocate of my husband as he/she used unappropriate pictures of my private clothes in my own room as evidence which don't make any senses for divorce case.

No you can't compliant against an Advocate. Being a professional an advocate only represent you in the court of law and whatever has been filed are as per instructions of the client only. Coming to your case, we advise You to seek a detailed legal consultation and proceed. You need to file the reply to the petition and rebut the allegations on merits.

Yes...you can always file a complaint against him/her before the bar association of the concerned court in which he/she is practicing. And as far as the divorce case is concerned you need to file a strong reply/WS against the allegations that are levied against you by your husband.

yes, you can file a complaint against the advocate with the state bar council with which the advocate is registered. they will initiate misconduct proceedings against the advocate. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
