My husband file a divorce case I didn't go from 2 dates so in 3rd last date also I didn't go then wat will happen

Under Order 9, Rule 6(1)(a) the court may proceed ex-parte and pass an ex-parte decree when it deems fit that the defendant has absent himself from the court on the date of hearing stated in the summons served to him in accordance with the provisions of the Code.

court may start ex party proceeding. but, you can submit your application with valid grounds and proof that , why you were not able to come. if court is satisfied with your grounds, you may allow. i mean you can continue in the process,
