i keep a counter and maintenance onthat court viskhapatnam, i have to transfer the petiotion becasuse iam from guntur,how to keep the transfer and proofs required ,another question is i hqve to keep case on my husband maintenance viskhapatnam lo vundi kada ekkada patacha problem lada

hi you could file transfer petition in high court stating that it is too long and you are facing hardships to travel such distance and to transfer the petition to your local place as it is difficult to travel such place and that you could seek transfer
