My husband didn't accept me because of my height

I am 24 year old. Hindu.We are married at 28.10.2022.My husband and his mother taunt me for my hight and education. I lived their for 5 moths after marrige that time he didn't talk to me even few minutes then I come to hostel for persue my career. From that day we are not talking not even one phone call. I don't have parants me my sister only. It's been one year we talked. So i decided to divorce him please tell me legal procedure. I don't have anyone except my sister and am a student.

Take a notice and know his mind set. If he is ready for divorce you can file a divorce by mutual consent in a simple Procedure, otherwise you need to file a petition for divorce on the other grounds, may take time.
