My husband did section 9 RCR case on me .

I got married in March 2021. After marriage he is not caring me, always use to avoid me, maintaining distance with me and use to hurt me . After 3 Month I came to my parents home for ashad month and I told problem to my parents. After that i went to my husband home with my parents to discuss the problem. While discussing argument got happened and I came back with my parents. After few days I sent lagal notice to call back me and we got reply like they did section 9 RCR case on me in family court, they didn't sent any notice before doing case even they didn't call me. we are not getting any notice from court to present in court. I am from hindu religion. I told to my husband family that iam ready to live and asked to withdraw case but they are not listening.
I want to live in matrimonial home so what should I do?
Should I hire a lawyer from my side in court for this RCR case?
What will be the procedure for this case and how can I handle?
Ho much time require to solve this case?
you have to engage advocate for your case madam court will send notice only once again it won't send you and you will not come to know what is happening in court so it's better to engage advocate to your case to keep track of case and if you want really to go there you have many other options to file case against your husband
