10-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
After marriage I denied sex to my husband because he said that I am not virgin and I had past relationship When I denied and explained that I never had a past relationship he didn't trust me so I denied sex and asked him to let's get to know each other first but still he denied for communication. He said that he married me only for sex.So I asked for divorce but he is denying and it dragged for 1.5 years. But still I denied for sex because I hate him. Is it cruel on my part. How should I proceed.
