My husband countered to my sec 9 case, I mentioned in document copy was he was doing dowry harrasment. For that he was responded that all my allegations are false. nAnd he doesn't want to continue with me. I want divorce and like to demand him high amount of alimony becoz he dined to continue with me. nCan I ask court to conduct medica test that he was inactive in married life.

Dear client, If you have taken the plea of inactiveness of your husband in your plaint and you have also the proof of it then you can definitely ask the court for the medical test of your husband but if you want to ask these facts only to demand the highest amount of alimony then you cannot take shelter of this fictitious fact. if you could not prove this fact then this would be the cruelty against your husband by you and this will definitely a ground of divorce accrued to your husband so stay on your facts which exist do not try to use the judicial system as a tool of harassment for claiming the highest amount of alimony for further legal assistance feel free to contact me.

for his inactivity the court will not conduct and direct any authority to get the medical examination executed . however since you want to get seggrataed the ground for divorce will play a vital role in his been inactive that's fact which the court will emphatically take into cognizance
