My husband compels me to give divorce

I married 2years before and registered legally. After 3 months of marriage life, i fought with husband and came to parents home and living here more than a year. Now my husband send me divorce notice. I wish to live with him, but he is not aceepting. He is working in Saudi arabia now. I heard through relatives, few months before he married another woman and took her to saudi now. I don't have any confirmed details on his second marriage. How can i prove it in court that he married and living with another woman in abroad?

Nobody can force you to agree to divorce. Second marriage before proper dissolution of the first marriage is illegal and criminal offence. Depending on the statements in the divorce notice you can proceed further. You have different options to tackle this issue.
