These types of mistakes doesn’t deserve apologies. If he’s yet to file a divorce case then you can approach the police station and file a written complaint against your husband. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file a DV and claim your monthly maintenance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

well, you can't stop him from filing a divorce case against you. That's his right. But you can stop him from succeeding in it by filing a domestic violence case, maintenance case and lodging an FIR against him which would weaken his divorce case leaps and bounce. In order to know how it will all be done, you may consult me.

Wining or losing the case depends on the evidences and the trail n not otherwise ! In case if he files divorce case then you need to hire expert advocate to defend the same ! If you have any evidences in regard to escort services then kindly do not delete them. Also keep on collecting evidences for his wrong doing!

if he files for contested divorce then he cannot take the divorce from you unless and until you give the divorce to him willfully with your own consent because divorce is one thing which can be taken easily if it is mutual but if it is not mutual and is contested then the other person cannot have get divorce

Incase he files a case for divorce you too can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights , to safe your marriage . The winning of case depends upon the framing of case ,well this kind of procedure takes time when the other party is not willing to mutually get a divorce. If you want a proper advice full details were needed in order to give u a proper solution.
