My husband brother got married in 2021 August, his wife wants separate family he didn't agree .so she filed false case against 5family members and due to this my father in law died with heart attack. What to do ?

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that there was no dowry harassement and that you were not connected to offences mentioned and that you could file dispense petition
