My husband asking me devorce after 14 years of marriage and i have son

I am physically challenged and I can do all my chores and I am working as a teacher my son is in class 8, with small issues he is asking me devorce

files divorce in the court then you should be answerable if you are not attending the court your husband will get degree granted on hearing your husband alone so be our whether your husband is going to file divorce against you are not if he is asking for mutual consent then you will not give any consent for divorce

No need to give divorce to your husband. File a petition for restitution of conjugal rights if he withdraws the marital relationship. No one could be granted divorce for unreasonable causes. You can also seek maintenance for your child.
