My hubby doesn't want pay maintenance or share in property

19-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
But there is no proof as such. Initially I paid him by cash and later transferred money through internet banking(this was 10 years ago). LAter We moved to USA and we had joint account to which my slaary got credited and he took everything. Now he is not working. And I am working. We have 16 year old son. Can I ask maintenance? My hubby threatens me saying as he is not working he can ask alimony or maintenance from me. He has a plot on his name and he says if we file for divorce either he will gift it some one else or sell it. PLease advise me.

Dear Sir, Normally, all the directors will be made liable to the said cheque bounce case. However, you must rush to the High Court and get it quashed to the extent of case pending against you since it was signed by another Advocate and we are not aware of the same. Further, it was issued three years back.
