My friend Chating to a person wife

**If a woman's husband finds out that my freind talking to his wife, can he file a case against my freind even if there is no physical relationship and only chats like "I love you" and similar messages?**

As you mentioned in your problem that a person who is married talks to your friend's wife and also sends messages like I love you etc., then if you want action to be taken against him, then you can file a new complaint. Sue him under the law according to section 79 of the Indian Judicial CodeYou can file and present the mobile chat as evidence in the court.
