My First Motion Is Done In Hma 13b What To Do Next

I want to know that my first motion is done on 31/5/2021 and now dates are going on, because my wife not took her cases back as per of MOU singed. Then is it necessary to be present in mutual divorce case on every date untill second motion.
You can present the petition of mutual consent divorce in front of the judge in other cases and ask the judge for acquittal.
as per law, the second motion of divorce is initiated after the 6 months of the first motion. As your divorce petition was filed on 31 5.2021 the second motion should have been initiated.

I would suggest till the time your wife does not take the other cases back, kindly appear in all the cases.

What is the minimum time for divorce in India?
According to Section 13-B, parties must wait a minimum six months, and a maximum 18 months, before filing a second motion for divorce. 1 May 2023
What happens if wife doesn't appear in second motion?
If you fail to appear at the second divorce motion hearing, the court will not punish you. You can sue your husband to recover the half of the alimony you received during the first divorce motion. Thats all.
