My fathers abuses me and my mother, i lost my brother

My fathet and mother married 24 years ago, i lost my younger brother last year in an accident, my father has a mistress from past 5 years, he daily torture my mother and me to go out of home, this property is registered in my fathers name, As i m started working few days ago because of this torture, he daily abuses me and my mother to get out of home and give a complaint, the things i need to know is, Can we directly lodge the complaint in court seeking maintenance from my father as mother is fully dependent and me too or can we apply for a divorce and stay in this house till we are financially stable? He abuses us daily,after lodging complaint in police station or in union, no use...I dont know what to do and need to know final solution for me and my mom
Your mother can file for a separation or some other case and seek to stay in the house. But if you are a major you cannot do so. And for abuses for the time being you both can seek police help, contact mahila sayahavani in your jurisdictional police station.
