My father is cheating my mother, he is having affair with other women.

As above mentioned, subject what we can do.? My father has relation with other women due to this he always uses to scold and hit my mother. He also spends money and time on her (other women). Please help. We are Hindu religion.

Hello, your mother can file a divorce case on the grounds of cruelty and adultery and she can also file a maintenance case further in which she will be entitled to get the maintenance amount as fixed by the court.
