My father had a another relationship when i was ten years old.

He left my mom five years ago without divorce. My mom is in debt. Can we expect a money from my father. He was the reason this debt

Your mother must have filed a Maintenance case as soon as your father left. Even now your mother can file. If you are under 18 you also can claim maintenance. Apart from this a , money recovery suit can be filed.
