My ex-boyfriend showed my nudes to my mom, and told everything about our relationship. When my went to some store he came there and did this. We don't have a proof that he did all this, and neither he blackmailed me about anything. He just wanted my mom to know all this. Can we file a case against him.
yes you should file a case against your ex boyfriend...if he have your nudes then as soon as possible u should have to file a FIR at nearest police station against him in various sections of blackmailing and section 384 of IPC and also IT act...
