My elder brother lives in US. She doesn't like my brother. The only reason to marry him is for going to US. For 2 years of marriage they have 1.3 year baby. While the case( she include all my family member mother, father and younger bro who is also married settled in hyd)is going, can my brother or father file a child custody case

hi your brother could file petition for visitation rights to see the child and for custody will br mother as she is only 1.5 years old and that they could file quash petition against pending cases in high court
