My domestic violence case is in mediation how I decided the alimony ?

At Mediation,my wife ask 30L alimony to settle divorce. All marriage expenses done by me approx 10L usne bas mujhe 4L cash dia tha nothing else lekin vo dahej, abuse k injam laga k paise mang rhi h to ab rahna possible bi nhi h kitna amount sahi hoga dena because mere upar burden h ye vo shyd 15 soch k aye h ki 30 bol k 15 mai settle kr le but I want justice not give her money, but mera time money vese bhi ja rha h or vo maintainance bhi daal rhi h job krti h but mna kr rhi h or post graduat h.

30 लाख की मांग कानूनी रूप से बाध्यकारी नहीं है। आप कोर्ट में आय का हलफनामा (Income Affidavit) और उसकी योग्यता का सबूत देकर कम या शून्य मेंटेनेंस की मांग कर सकते हैं। मेडिएशन में भावनात्मक दबाव में आकर बड़ी रकम न दें। यदि सेटलमेंट करना ही हो तो न्यायालय में रिकॉर्ड पर, एकमुश्त और “फुल एंड फाइनल” क्लॉज के साथ, बहुत कम राशि पर किया जाए (आपकी आय के अनुपात में), ताकि आगे कोई केस या मेंटेनेंस न रहे।

alimony aap ko mil sakta hain court say depends upon your financial status you have to file itr returns so does your wife need to file itr returns then the court will grant alimony kindly approach the court

agar aapki wife padhi likhi hai aur naukari karti thi ya kar sakti hain to aapko maintenance alimony dene ki koi bhi jarurat nahin Hai aap one time settlement per mat aaiae vah aapko darayenge dhamkaenge cases karengi aapke upar lekin kuchh bhi hone wala nahin Hai usmein agar aapko Sath nahin rahana hai to aap divorce file kar sakte hain

aap apni wife ki demand aur marriage ke expenses aur apni financial condition ke according settlement karne ka pryas kre agr settlement Krna chahte hai to otherwise aap apna case continue krke aap justice k liye fight kre ,

Mediation me aapko wife ki maangi hui amount dena zaroori nahi hota. Settlement sirf tab hota hai jab dono side agree karein. Court bhi alimony decide karte waqt income, marriage duration, lifestyle aur wife ki earning capacity dekhta hai. Agar wife educated hai (post-graduate) aur kaam kar sakti hai, to usko bahut high lump sum milna guaranteed nahi hota. Sirf allegations se court bada amount fix nahi karta. 30 lakh ki demand tabhi reasonable hoti hai jab husband ki income aur assets high ho. Agar aapki earning limited hai aur zimmedariyan zyada hain, to aap par itna burden dalna practical nahi mana jata. Aap chahein to case fight kar sakte hain aur court se actual income ke basis par maintenance decide karwa sakte hain. Mediation me amount usually negotiation se kam hoti hai. Hamesha wahi amount agree karein jo aap realistically pay kar sakein.
