My divorce case was dismissed 3months back and now can I reopen it

My divorce case was dismissed for not appearing on Cross examination stage because I suffered from viral fever couldnt attend to court , even my lawyer didnt attend to postpone it, now it has been 3 months over ,I came to know my lawyer didnt file to reopen, so now will court consider my request to reopen by putting now a petition by submitting the doctor letter that I am not well on that day so couldnt attend court and is there any chance 100% court reopen my case

hi yes you could attach all the medical bills in the present case and file reopen petition stating that you could not attend the court on the said date and my lawyer could not attend due to reasons and to set aside that order
