My daughter is 6 years running and am mother can i get solo custody

Can i get custody of my daughter of 6 years running. And can i file maintaince from my husband. In mutual divorce I denied maintenance but now can i apply
you can file for Guardian and wards act shall custody you can file for child custody in India as well as we can file for 125 CrPC maintenance against them and you and your child you can file immediately

If mutual divorce not entered into then you are entitled for maintenance and custody of the child. Further, you may file child custody case under developed circumstances even if in mutual divorce custody was given to your husband.
