My cousin sister has given divorce but not court both the families gave it by taking a lawyer out from the court and the papers has been signed by the both parties. And now there was issue of custody of child how is only 11 months old at that time mother was mentally disturbed she signed documents that she is giving child custody to father but after some days she came in dipression and now wants to child custody back because at that time her in-laws told her that if she doesn't give child .....

you can reopen the case for child custody file domestic voilence case and get immediate custody from the court. and ppz send papers of divorce; The action should be taken urgent because she is breast feeding mother and now has realised.
