My Cousin has got married in Feb 2017. They had baby after 11months. He came to know that she has an affair with his cousin. He don't have proof for the same. They are seperated before Covid i.e., 3yrs completed. She stated something about her affair and he recorded via mobile 3yrs before. Since he couldnt find the video. So that he doesnt have any proof to apply for divorce. Any possibilities to get divorce.

Your cousin can still file a petition for divorce before the court with the aid of available facts and circumstances and also the available evidence. Then let your wife contest the same or she may prefer compromise to go for divorce by mutual consent.
