My brother need help in separation and taking divorce from her wife.

My brother and his wife's relationship is not in good condition. Married 10 years, 1 son. She is not ready to adjust to family. She just says every day to take divorce, but does nothing and quarrel and abuse everyone. Not even ready to go back to her father's home. She is a homemaker, and even after that she does not help my mother. How can we apply for divorce if she is staying with my brother. How we separate them as daily tension and quarrels are not bearable. What all legal options we have.

U can take ex party divorce without her knowing about it and get a decree of divorce from the court. The divorce can be taken on ground of mental cruelty done towards the husband and in laws by the wife. The court will grant ex party divorce in these grounds. Contact me for further help.
