My brother father in law threatening my brother for defamation

My brother got married previous year and now his wife is disobeying him and torturing him as well his in-laws are threatening him for giving her daughter 20000 per month or else they will file a case in the court and without telling our parents father in law of my brother did the court marriage of her daughter with my brother.What should we do now?

As per the you should file one informatory petition in court and other sanaha before police station regarding threatening to lodge case. Complaint case would be alternative remedy for issues. Feel free then call for more legal assistance.
