My bhabhi asked for divorce in women cell

But my brother doesn’t want divorce, she also added name of mother father and married sister her husband. She only want money by abusing us . I want to know is married sister’s name included in this

No nowadays any women can't involve married sister in law in dowry case.. your brother can file petition before court for blanket bail means pre arrest bail. and if the women cell lodge FIR against your brother then he can file reinvestigation before Ssp

if one of the spouse does not want divorce then it becomes very difficult for the other spouse to take divorce. If your brother doors not want divorce then ask him to file a petition und er section 9 of HMA for restitution of conjugal right if her wife has left her. ok the other issue it has become common practice for the girls to involve each and every relative of the husband. but there is nothing to worry as the police and law also understand this practice of the girls.
