My bf got married to his cousin 7 years ago where she ditched me

My bf wife ditched him with an affair, they have a 7 year old kid but none of them wants to get back with him! Now he wants to marry me cause his previous marriage was not registered legally, no marriage certificate! only am confused about child custody and my new marriage with him, and what problems they can give him from his ex wife side for our marriage?

If you want to lead a proper marriage life, I would suggest that, it would be much better if he gets divorced through court(either mutual divorce/contested); or else you will face several hardships. In fact, mutual divorce won't take time, so try to sort out things amicably.
