My alcoholic husband kidnapd my 12 yr daughtr nov2021, i wnt cstdy but dtr want to live with dad. He got cancer in 2018.. 3 operation done (bladder tumor). I want custody.. Can i get it?

Madam, usually mothers get enstory of minor daughters whenever parents live separate. But in cases where the child is above age of 10 years and itself prefers to be with father Courts do not pass orders favourita mother.
