My 10 year old son is in husband's place, have filed dv case, there is no communication with my child , am unemployed and 40 plus year old and have no source of income , what might happen to child custody , how long will it take to get interim or visitation after filing of dv case..

if you have already filed dv act it may hardly take a maximum of 15 days, you may get it in one day also, further visiting rights will be granted easily as far as interim maintenance is concerned it may take some time but you can get it early by expediting without taking any unnecessary adjournment.
