Mutual is filed but petetion hasn't read by judge yet.Can judge reject the petition?nIam getting 11L as one time settlement.Child permanently with me.But lawyers are asking 2 L for fees.What happens if i don't give them fees.

advocate should not get commission or charge based on our come of case and also charge fairly. Inform ur advocate that what u can pay. in case you can't afford see other lawyer... family court is only party in person
