Mutual Divorce want in just few days

Me & my Partner want mutual divorce & from 2 months we are separate so can we apply for mutual divorce??

yes u can apply for it but it takes 6 months from date of filing the petition, if someone says they can do it before it is not possible, though there is a judgement, it has 4 criterias and even if the criterias are fulfilled discretion of court remains and court doesnt allow
