Mutual divorce- tensed if husband changed his mind after mutual

Hlo, sir i have been filed mutual divorce in jan 19th.. after 1 year of contested divorce i have convinced my husband to sign mutual petition.. but im tensed that he will change his mind and say against in councelling amd last verbal question in the court..that he will say change his word. What to do sir.. he had told my friend that he want to irritate me so he will say against in mutual. How to prevent it
You have to settle the issue, if any, before next motion. Doesn't mind whatever he said to your friend and don't ask him anything about it. Wait for next motion, if hasn't willing to give mutual divorce. You have other way to pressure him to do mutual divorce.

u file a fresh independent divorce petition before the court and case will contest and get the divorce there is no other option. and also u must file a case aganist him for maintainse and return of dowry
other remedy u must convinced the husband
