Mutual divorce related it's already 1 year pending case I have child a

Want to ask that my mutual divorce is pending from 1 year bcoz I want to live with my husband but husband saying after divorce I will live together as( live in) but he will take in written from me some points and I hav 4 years daughter also So please suggest me what to do ? Bcoz I want to live with him

Nothing to worry about it. If you want to live with your husband, you can either withdraw the divorce petition along with your husband. However, if you are ok with your husband staying with you in a live in relationship, you can do that too. Regarding your husband wanting to take some points in writing, there is a terms called consent terms upon which both of you have to agree and the same is filed in court and the divorce is granted on the basis of those terms and conditions. Well, he just want to seek pleasure from you and do not want you to remain his legitimate wife, otherwise, you will become entitled for a share in his Property being a legitimate wife. To save money, he is doing this.

As you mentioned that your mutual divorce is pending from last one year. is it in court or just on paper pls clarify secondly , assurance of live in verbally is not maintainable in law. then do not file divorce. you have 4 yrs daughter , who will take care of her future. better do not leave him at any given circumstances and convince him for good matrimonial relations forever
