What is the process of divorce where marriage was done illegally in mosque without family witnesses that too in young age, without being together ever after that nikah or paid any maher.

send the talaq e Hasan three times well drafted by your advocate along with three male witness notarized three times. and further seek fatwa from qazi and then u can get it declared from the court. and if it's mutual then also u can file mutual
