Mutual divorce petition without completing one year of separation

Im married from 12 years but had lot lof issues all the time now since issues are increasing i dont want to stay and proceed for mutual divorce. My husband has also signed comprimise deed. He is not giving any money but i want to get separted as im unable to bear his cruel attitude and want to live peacefull life. Its just 5 months we are living separtely. Can i file petition for divorce with mutual consent now or need to wait to complete 1 year?

you can file for mutual divorce right now since you are married from last 12 years. we have to show that you don't have any conjugal relations from your husband since 2018 or any other day and month and year as applicable.

hi,
there is clear provision for the mutual divorce about the seperation in hindi marriage act , it must be one year. there are some other provisions are also in hma act.

Hi,the mutual divorce petition can be filed ...We can show a separation of one year in our petition..If both the parties are willing for divorce,then the divorce decree shall be granted after first and second motion ...
