Hi there,nI want to know the procedures of filing mutual divorce petition. Our marriage held in December 2016 at Payyanur, Kannur, Kerala. We are settled in Bangalore now, and have a 4 years old daughter. Could you let me know the process to file mutual divorce petition and do we need to come to Kannur to complete the procedures?nnThanks in advance.
at the instance if you are having any inconveniences to come to kannur, you can do the same through a power of attorney and with respect to the rights and ver the child, you may execute agreement pertaining to the same
