Mutual divorce petition and process

Withdrawal of criminal cases were done befor the mutual petition in the month of June and now he is not responding to is to mutual divorce process I would like to get an advise to fast track this Is there a way to withdrawal mutual petition and file case against him Or any other right suggestions please I’m fighting from 5 years to come out of this stress factor Need your help

You can file memo stating that the husband is not responding or you can withdraw from the mutual consent stating the reasons. The act of making you believe that if you withdraw criminal cases then he will be ready for mutual consent, is itself cheating.
