Mutual divorce or contested divorce which is better

10-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife is earning 16 lakhs per annum and I am earning 14 lakhs per annum. I have fertility issue and doctor insisted for IVF(test tube baby) for which she is not ready and interested to continue. We got married on June 10 2020 and seperated on Jan 16 2022. Can I pay 5 lakhs alimony and settle the issue or can go for contested divorce to avoid alimony as she is working. I have her bank and pay slips.

hi if she is ready to settle the issue within the amount of 5 lakhs and interested in mutual divorce then you could file for mutual divorce or if she is not ready to give then you could file for contested divorce

you can go for a mutual if she is interested....or else if one want to proceed, then they can go proceed with the contested...or else we can proceed with the family counseling where you both can settle the differences...
