Mutual divorce final hearing.. if husband changes mind what to do

My husband is not interested in divorce.. so we had been filed for mutual divorce first hearing is over, in second hearing he is saying that he will tell to the judge that he wants to live with me what should i do

If he looking for living together than divorce I think it's better. I'm not aware about your family issue and I just answering your question. So If you need divorce, you should file divorce petition then. I think you reconcile your decision.

If he withdraws from mutual consent , the Divorcé cannot be ordered as such . I’m that case you’re will have to take recourse to other tactics . The methods to be followed can be decided only after hearing the entire matter in detail
